Hopkinton, MA, March 8th – April 12th, 2024, with the Autism Alliance of Metrowest. Ages 12-17 are welcome to register for this our new outdoor adventure program in partnership with the YMCA. This is open to all abilities and levels welcome.
* Participate in activities such as team building games, archery, orienteering, navigational games, snowshoeing (weather permitting), Animal tracking and survival skills.
* Participants will also have the opportunity to join the community rock wall.
* Program goals include sharing camaraderie across peers, increasing communication and developing self-advocacy.
* Caregivers are required to stay onsite.
* For those participants that need 1:1 support, please provide a familiar staff or caregiver for this program.
* *If your child requires a 1:1 aide for this program, they will waive the fee so that you are able to put that $ towards staffing support for your child.
