Special Education Workshop Transition Planning

Quincy, MA, March 27th, 2025, with the Quincy Family Resource Center – 10:30 am to 12:00 pm. The speaker will be HLA lawyer, Shelagh O’Donnell. The purpose of this workshop is to educate caregivers and providers on transition planning. Shelagh O’Donnell is an attorney in the Mental Health Advocacy Program for Kids (MHAP). She is based out of the Quincy Family Resource Center.
* Before joining MHAP, Shelagh spent 10 years as a staff attorney at the New Hampshire Public Defender, representing youth and adults in delinquency and criminal matters.
