The 50/50 Conference is a unique event bringing together 50 career seekers with disabilities, 50 workforce professionals, and 50 parent advocates to tackle employment challenges and build a more inclusive workforce.

What’s in store?
· A Parent Panel – Hear first-hand stories from Paula Collins, Karen Kames, Cheryl Ciara, and others about how they have support their child’s career success
·Workshops – Learn from Brian Forsythe from Work Without Limits about balancing work and Benefits. Explore transportation planning and travel training with Linda Shepherd-Salzer from MBTA Travel Training and Kathryn Witherow from MART (Montachusett Regional Transit Authority)
· In the closing session hear from Doug Crandell, a nationally recognized innovative employment leader from the University of Georgia, and serial entrepreneur, nonprofit leader, and disability advocate Adriana Mallozzi.
· A breakfast and lunch buffet provided by College of the Holy Cross
