Somerville, MA, August 24th – 28th, 2026, with the Somerville Recreation Department. iCan Shine is a non-profit organization that teaches individuals with disabilities to ride a conventional two-wheel bicycle using adapted bike equipment. For those in Grades 3-12
* Helping children with disabilities gain confidence and independence while learning how to ride a bike.
* Where everyone can shine
* Using adapted bicycles, SPR staff assists the iCan Shine staff in a specialized program to help individuals learn to ride a bike.
* This program understands that the vast majority of people with disabilities never experience the thrill of independently riding a conventional two-wheel bicycle, but they can help you become a lifelong independent rider.
* $0 Res, $100 Non-Res
