Bridgewater, MA, August 30th, 2026, with the Massachusetts Adoption Resource Exchange. Meet children with varying levels of support needs from across the state. Activities will include group games and arts & crafts. Light refreshments will be provided.
* This event is open to families at any stage of the adoption process.
MARE is also hoping that families interested in becoming a visiting connection (a supportive, ongoing relationship in which an adult or family regularly spends time with a young person in foster care—without the expectation of adoption or fostering) for a child will attend this event.
* Families can network with social workers and learn more about the resources to support children with disabilities in their community.
* In preparation for this event, there will be a Zoom meeting on Friday, August 28th at 7pm.
* Families may join to ask questions and get information about expectations.
