Hopkinton, MA, Fall, 2026, with the Hopkinton Center for the Arts. For ages 6 – 11, with but not limited to Autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD, IDD, LDs. This adaptive dance class invites students of all abilities to move, learn, and express themselves in an encouraging and inclusive space.
* Using adaptive tools and equipment, dancers will explore hip hop/pop and contemporary/ballet basics while learning choreography for two group routines.
* Throughout the session, students will work on coordination, rhythm, and memory while building confidence and teamwork skills.
* They will end the season with a special showcase performance to celebrate each dancer’s progress and achievements.
* The HCA does not provide support services during this program. If you or your student typically requires support or a 1:1 assistant, they require that the parent/caregiver/aide remain for the class to assist.
