and the Department of Developmental Disabilities. The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) Hampshire County Area Office will share a presentation about the transition process and available DDS supports. For students, families, caregivers, professionals and educators.
* The Transition Resource Fair is designed to help students and families explore opportunities, gather valuable resources, and gain the information needed to plan for the future.
* This event offers a chance to learn about available supports and services, and build relationships with professionals who can assist throughout the transition journey. Transition planning typically begins between the ages of 14 and 22, making this an ideal opportunity to start exploring next steps and preparing for adulthood.
* Discover resources, ask questions, and feel more confident about the road ahead.
