Hopkinton, MA, Fall 2026, with the Hopkinton Center for the Arts. For ages 18+ with but not limited to Autism, Down Syndrome, IDD, LDs, ADHD, ADD
* This movement class is designed for adults with cognitive and developmental disabilities and/or ASD to express themselves through their unique movement styles.
* Each class incorporates strengthening, stretching, and balancing, as well as learning new movements that travel across the floor. Inspired by a variety of pop, folk, and rap music, students will learn to create their own dance sequences and develop memory skills by learning choreography.
* All are welcome, and no dance experience is necessary to participate.
* The HCA does not provide support services during this program. If you or your student typically requires support or a 1:1 assistant, we require that the parent/caregiver/aide remain for the class to assist.
