About the speaker: Jeff Roberge, presenter, is the Director of Business Relations at MassAbility, where he leads efforts to strengthen employer partnerships and expand career opportunities for people with disabilities across Massachusetts. He brings more than two decades of experience in workforce development, vocational rehabilitation, and public-sector leadership.
Prior to joining MassAbility in his current role, Jeff served for seven years as Executive Director of the MassHire North Central Workforce Board, leading regional workforce initiatives and building partnerships among businesses, education, workforce organizations, and community partners. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles with the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission, now MassAbility, including West District Director and Fitchburg Area Director.
