Adult Mental Health First Aid (AMHFA) is a training course that teaches everyday people how to recognize the signs and symptoms of mental health challenges or crises in adults.
* It gives you the tools to offer initial support and connect someone to professional help if needed.
* Just like physical first aid, AMHFA is not about diagnosing or treating, but helping in the moment.
* This is for anyone in the community who wants to support friends, neighbors, coworkers, or loved ones.
