Burlington, MA, July 6th – August 14th, 2026, with the Burlington Recreation Department. For Ages 12+ with a disability and their caregiver. The Caregiver & Me small group classes are designed so that the neurodivergent athlete and their parent/caregiver can participate together,
* Everyone will get a great workout, meet new friends, and build fitness skills, all while having fun along the way.
* The class has been designed to support athletes at all fitness levels.
