Boston, Museum of Fine Arts, April 19th, 2025. For teens with Autism Spectrum and Aspergers Disorders ages 13 to 18. Focus on specific art topics and incorporate discussion, critical inquiry, and sketching in the galleries. Students then work independently on a project with guidance from an experienced instructor.
April Theme: Make Yourself at Home: Did you know there are homes inside the MFA? Travel back in time and explore the many historical rooms recreated within the museum, including local houses from Peabody and Dorchester.
* Learn about the history of these spaces and compare them to how we live today.
* Then, return to the studio to decorate bird houses, just in time for spring.
