Bridging School to Community: Planning The Future For Young Adults With Complex Support Needs

Watertown, MA, October 23rd, 2025, with Perkins School for the Blind. An event focused on planning the future for young adults with complex support needs. Designed for families and caregivers of young adults, these interactive sessions will include:

• How to Plan for Adult Services and Supports
• An interactive panel discussion with representatives from the Department of Developmental Services, Massachusetts Commission for the Blind, as well as community-based day program agencies.
• Opportunity to connect with other parents and professionals about transition.
