The LifeCourse in Action webinars are presented in English on Zoom with live, simultaneous Spanish interpretation. They will host LifeCourse in Action sessions on the 2nd Wednesday of every month, from 12pm to 1pm, through Jun 2026.

- MAY 13th – 2026 – Using LifeCourse Tools to Create an Effective Individual Support Plan (ISP). Whether it’s your first time creating an Individual Support Plan (ISP) or you’ve been doing it for years, this webinar will show how CtLC tools can help. As the basis for receiving DDS adult supports, the ISP is most effective when it is person-centered and includes the goals and resources needed to make your vision a reality. Learn how to use Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC) as a common language for transition-age youth and their families to think about and begin planning engaged lives within their community. Presenters Rebecca Davis from the Federation for Children with Special Needs (FCSN) and Ingrid Flory from Central/West Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS) will showcase how their organizations partnered to create an innovative conference model.
