May 16th, 2024, with the Springfield Massachusetts Public Schools Transition Academy. District-Wide – Springfield Public Schools Special Education students who are 14 years to 22 years old, and their parents. All students and families who require post-secondary information are welcome. * Thursday: May 16, 2024, from 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. * High School of Science and Technology, 1250 State Street, Springfield, MA 01109 Plan for the future – Learn about opportunities and the steps involved with the process of planning for life after high school. * Meet Representatives from State Agencies and Community Service Program who provide services in the following areas:
