Douglas, MA, March 29th, 2025, with the Simon Fairfield Public Library. Douglas High School Seniors Taylor Morel and Riley Smith will be offering a Blue Envelope Information Session with Douglas Police Officer Brett Fulone and K9 Finn.
* The Blue Envelope Program was created as an effort to ease communication between individuals on the autism spectrum and law enforcement during motor vehicle operator interactions.
* Taylor and Riley will provide an overview of the Blue Envelope Program while Officer Fulone will explain what would occur during an interaction with law enforcement.
