About the speaker: Fran Manocchio, founder of Frankie Rose Consulting, served as the Director of Student Accessibility Services and an Assistant Dean for Student Affairs at Worcester State University. In that role, she worked with thousands of students and families, reviewing assessments, IEPs, and 504 Plans to determine eligibility for accommodations while guiding parents through their evolving role as their students prepared for college. Prior to Worcester State University, Fran served as the Director of Human Rights and Disabilities for the City of Worcester, where she developed expertise in civil rights legislation, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and disability rights advocacy.
