Online, July 27th – October 4, 2026, with the The Federation for Children with Special Needs PCTI program in Massachusetts. Join the 2026 Asynchronous Parent Consultant Training Institute (PCTI) – a training program designed to help families and professionals understand special education laws, navigate the IEP process with confidence, and advocate effectively for students.
* Participants will view recorded presentations and complete online assignments on the LearnWorlds Platform in their own time.
* The course will be 8 weeks, with a short break (August 24 – Sept 7) in the middle.
* Weekly Zoom meetings will be available throughout the course for additional support.
