Learning Disabilities Transition to Adult Programs

Worcester & Virtual Options, May 2nd & 3rd, 2025, with the Federation for Children with Special Needs in Massachusetts. For families of students on IEPs between the ages of 14 and 22 (and the students themselves) who are curious about college or would like to know more about the difference between high school and college, this conference may be for you.
* These two-day conferences will contain a wide variety of information around transition planning with a focus on postsecondary education and independent living.
