Marlborough, MA, April 14th, 2026. Shared Living & AFC Conference brings caregivers, professionals, and advocates from across Massachusetts together for a day of connection, learning, and celebration. Shared living is an alternative to traditional residential services funded by the Massachusetts Developmental Services, MassAbility, and the Massachusetts Commission for the Blind.
* This event is hosted collaboratively by the following organizations: Advocates, HopeWell, Incompass, KennedyDonovan Center, Open Sky, ServiceNet, and SevenHills.
* KEYNOTE: Melody Vachal, Author of Still, I Rise: A Guide to Navigating the Caregiver Journey, Co-Owner and Director of Aging Services and Outreach at Arise Cares | Caregiver Advocate.
* Workshops will cover a wide variety of topics related to living, housing and more with disablities.
