Winchester, MA, Registration closed on January 12th, 2026, for the Winter Season. TOPS for Hoops serves disabled youth basketball players ages 6 to 16. Offered by the Winchester Youth Basketball Association, this program provides an opportunity for all children with disabilities to play basketball through rule and equipment adaptation.
* A volunteer group of “junior coaches” serve as one-on-one buddies with a TOPS athlete to provide guidance and support while performing basketball exercises, playing in a game and sharing a Popsicle and happy conversation at the end of the session.
* The program is open to all children with physical or intellectual disabilities from any town.
