Are you receiving SSI or SSDI and thinking about employment? Do you want to better understand your benefits, workplace rights, or available work incentives? The Disability Law Center will lead a practical training covering:
• The basics of Supplemental Security Income, SSI, and Social Security Disability Insurance, SSDI
• SSDI work incentives and rules for beneficiaries who are working or considering work
• SSI work incentives and how employment may affect benefits
• The employment rights of people with disabilities
• Reasonable accommodations at work
• Rights during applications and interviews
• Steps for addressing workplace concerns and grievances
